What Is BioTight?
BioTight is not an injectable treatment, and it’s not quite as intense as a chemical peel. This treatment uses a blend of a high concentration TCA (trichloroacetic acid) and hydrogen peroxide, which actively stimulates the skin upon application. It’s applied in our office over a series of treatments, and there’s no needles or anesthetic required. BioTight provides an immediate improvement in the smoothness and firmness of the skin after each treatment with full results after about 4 weekly sessions.

One of the things we love most about BioTight is that it’s appropriate for all skin types and patients of all ages. Younger patients may consider BioTight to treat acne scars, stretch marks, or chicken pox scars. How Does BioTight Work?
High-concentration TCA and hydrogen peroxide gently stimulate the skin and boost its natural regenerative process. TCA is also a natural moisturizer that infuses the skin with the necessary hydration to feel smoother, softer, and firmer immediately after treatment. It doesn’t require any needles, and it won’t cause increased sensitivity to sunlight in your skin. However, there are some mild possible side effects, including redness, itchiness, and flaking skin.
What to Expect with Your BioTight Treatment
BioTight treatment is approachable for any patient because it only involves a topical application of the TCA solution. After the solution is applied and rinsed from the skin, we’ll apply a deep moisturizing cream and provide guidelines for your at-home skin care. You may need 1-5 BioTight treatments to achieve your desired results. Treatments will be spaced about 1 week apart in our office. You’ll only need about 10-15 minutes per treatment session.
