De-Stress with Exercise
Just because you should be spending most of your time at home doesn’t mean you can’t remain active. Your gym may be closed, but you can safely exercise outdoors by taking a walk, run, or bike ride. Just keep a distance of at least six fit from others on the trail or sidewalk. You also don’t need much space or equipment to get in a good workout at your house.
